Completion of a project is not the end of DACS involvement.
STANDBY
DACS will provide a Standby Team, providing on-site support; this team will give expert assistance with overcoming any initial teething problems. They have access to all of DACS formidable resources should they require it.
TRAINING
Customers will want to take full ownership of the system, and in order to achieve this they will require that their own key personnel are adequately trained and competent. DACS engineers and technicians will train those people identified either on the job in a hands on manner, or in the more formal classroom type of environment, maybe a combination of the two. As always DACS will accommodate the needs of its customer.
TECHNICAL LITERATURE AND DOCUMENTATION
Technical literature and documentation will be produced to your wishes at our Engineering and Manufacturing facility. As with all aspects of the project it is the Project Leaders responsibility to ensure that you receive the documentation package on time and to the format you require.
AFTER SALES SUPPORT
After Sales Support will be provided by the Project Leader. Your contacts with him during the life of the job will have allowed you to build up a good relationship, and should you have any problems or wish to make any changes he will be your first point of contact.
