DACS is entirely committed to a policy of ongoing investment in production facilities and in employing a trained and competent workforce. The company has devoted considerable resources to its manufacturing plant and people.

FROM DESIGN TO BUILD

The process begins with high quality raw materials from which cabinets are produced DACS has the facility to design and build its own enclosure systems to whatever IP rating is required.

DACS can build standard cabinets or when asked for has the necessary expertise to design and build bespoke enclosures or consoles.

To maintain flexibility and total control DACS will also spray paint the enclosures to whatever colour scheme is required. Using suitable inspection and measuring equipment we can also ensure that you get the finish and thickness of paint that you have specified.

Finally, all finished systems are powered up and tested to ensure that everything is operational.

Quality is strictly controlled at every stage of the process. Documented procedures and controls ensure that inspections and tests are carried out at specified key phases.
