Project Manager – Working with our clients

Primary role	To manage a team to deliver high quality projects and services to the relevant project specification and regulations. To manage the team to the company procedures and policies.
Potential Work – Quoted	Be responsible for meeting with clients and providing quotations and budget costs for electrical services and projects.
Work – Planning	Generate the planning and organising the Project or Services work and the teams required to meet given priorities and task or multiple tasks timing. Engineering, Manufacturing, Installation, Customer Handover.
Work – Operational Service	Organising assigned specialised work to the relevant standards, Procuring materials, equipment and resources as appropriate. Carrying out the assigned specialised work to the relevant standards, using materials, equipment and resources as appropriate.
Work – Operating	Operating and checking specialist equipment. Carries out work and supervises team to carry out work to ensure projects are delivered on time and to correct standards.
Records	Compiling, collating, maintaining and checking records as required by Company procedures, relevant regulations and legislation.
Health & Safety – Compliance	Ensuring team complies with health and safety and other relevant regulations and legislation.
Service Delivery	Responding to any incidents and problems encountered in work situations. Taking corrective action to resolve them if possible. Escalating to management where necessary.
People Management	Liaising with customers to be aware of their expectations, and facilitating their involvement.

Software Engineer – Developing code to deliver controlled automation

Primary Role	The applicant must have a systematic approach to the analysis, design, assessment, implementation, testing, maintenance and re-engineering of software. They must be able to complete projects from design concept to implementation. Some projects will include Human Machine Interfaces (HMI’s) and Scada applications.
Work – Planning	Assist in planning and organising the project from FDS to a finalized design and implementation.
Work – Operational	Working with the team to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the customers specification.
Records	Compiling, collating, maintaining and checking records as required by Company procedures, relevant regulations and legislation.
Health & Safety – Compliance	Ensuring team complies with health and safety and other relevant regulations and legislation.
Service Delivery	Responding to any incidents and problems encountered in work situations. Taking corrective action to resolve them if possible. Escalating to management where necessary.
People Management	Liaising with customers to be aware of their expectations, and facilitating their involvement.

Controls Engineer – Designing control systems within the engineering department

Primary Role	The applicant must have a systematic approach to the analysis, design, assessment, implementation, testing, maintenance and re-engineering of control systems. They must be able to complete projects from design concept to implementation. The applicant must also possess the ability to commission on site hardware including the communication systems between VSD’s, Intelligent Starters and other peripheral hardware.
Work – Planning	Assist in planning and organising the project from FDS to a finalized design and implementation.
Work – Operational	Working with the team to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the customers specification.
Records	Compiling, collating, maintaining and checking records as required by Company procedures, relevant regulations and legislation.
Health & Safety – Compliance	Ensuring team complies with health and safety and other relevant regulations and legislation.

Site Manager – Ensuring the site operation runs to plan

Primary Role	To manage a team to deliver high quality projects and services to the relevant project specification and regulations. To Manage the team to the company procedures and policies.
Work – Planning	Assist in planning and organising the installation work and the teams required to meet given priorities and task or multiple tasks timing.
Work – Operational Service	Organising assigned specialised work to the relevant standards, Procuring materials, equipment and resources as appropriate. Carrying out the assigned specialised work to the relevant standards, using materials, equipment and resources as appropriate.
Work – Operating	Operating and checking specialist equipment. Carries out work and supervises team to carry out work to ensure projects are delivered on time and to correct standards.

Manufacturing Manager – Working with the management team to ensure projects are delivered on time and to budget
